Questions & answers
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Polar.sh (powered by Stripe).
What does the free trial include?
The trial gives you full access to all features for 7 days with no session time limit. No credit card or payment details are required to start.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund within 15 days of purchase. Email [email protected] with subject "Refund".
Is this a subscription? Can I cancel?
Yes, InterceptSuite uses an annual subscription model at $200/year. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period.
How many systems can I use it on?
The InterceptSuite individual license supports up to 2 systems simultaneously. Enterprise licenses are flexible based on your preference: we can either provide multiple individual license keys (each supporting up to 2 systems), or a single combined license key for your entire team (e.g., a 10-user license combined into 1 key will support up to 20 systems simultaneously).
Can I activate without internet?
No, direct activation from the application requires internet. However, once activated, you can run InterceptSuite completely offline. If the system you are installing on does not have internet access, you can use our manual web activation tool. Simply generate an activation request in the app, submit it via our Offline License Activation page (/activate-license) from any device with internet access, and paste the response back into the app.
Do you offer team/enterprise licenses?
Yes. The Team plan covers 5 seats at a flat annual rate. Enterprise starts at 15 seats with volume discounts and custom pricing - contact our sales team via the Talk to Sales page.
Does InterceptSuite work with all TLS protocols?
Yes, major protocols based on TCP, UDP, DTLS, TLS, and STARTTLS are fully supported. InterceptSuite intercepts and handles raw packets directly. DTLS 1.0 and DTLS 1.2 are fully supported; DTLS 1.3 is not supported yet. For QUIC, version 1 (QUIC v1) is fully supported, including raw HTTP/3 over QUIC; QUIC v2 is not supported yet. Some protocols may use custom payloads or require specific protocol architecture to decode - in those cases you can write custom Python extensions to handle the decoding. If you find a protocol that is unsupported or not working as expected, raise a ticket on our GitHub issue tracker or contact us at [email protected].
